Straps are too short

Hi, this jumper is really cute and I purchased several other outfits and another jumper. And when I put this on its super tight and awkward fitting! It's like there was a defect when making this item. The other Jumper is fine and fits like a normal Jumper. So it's extremely uncomfortable to wear for any length of time. I'm not sure if this is the case for other people who purchased this item or if it's a fluke that mine is like this. If it weren't for that issue I would have given 5 stars
