We have created an online portal to submit your return request.

- Enter your order number and email to start the returns request.
- Select your items, reason and and click “Confirm.”
- You will receive an email with further information on how to complete your return within one business day.
- Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the Store Credit has been emailed/issued.
We will issue a store credit for the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges and discounts) upon receiving the return.

- Topshelfwardrobe.com does not offer an exchange policy. We suggest you follow the return policy steps above for the items you wish to exchange and go to Topshelfwardrobe.com to submit a new order for your new items.

We hope that you love your new purchase but we know that not every purchase will fit & returns or exchanges are sometimes needed. Please read our return policy below before proceeding with a return.
ALL ORDERS ARE ONLY RETURNABLE FOR STORE CREDIT. NO EXCEPTIONS!
All returns must be received within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date. This means you must email us and ship your item back within 14 days after you have received your item.
If you ever receive a damaged item (and we hope you never do!) we MUST be notified within 3 days of the delivery date. Please email us with a photo of the damage and your order number for further assistance. Damages reported past the 3 day deadline we can not be held responsible for. We do not accept returns on items that are damaged as a result of wear, or washing. Any damaged item must have the tags attached.
All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, like new condition. Animal hair, smoke, deodorant or makeup stains on any returned items will be automatically refused.
We do NOT accept returns on the following:
Sale items (including site-wide sales) are all final sale & cannot be returned.
Jewelry or hair accessories
All items must be returned with their original tags attached (if applicable). Clothing returned without original tags or not in compliance with our return policy will be refused and charged for additional postage or charged a 20-40% restocking Fee.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and all shipping charges are non-refundable by us.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you will need to send your original item back to our Returns Department. Once we have received your return you will then be issued store credit for the returned item in which you may use to purchase a new size. We cannot guarantee the item you would like will still be available when the return reaches us, however.

When sending your return items, we suggest them to be sent by USPS. We do recommend a tracking number as we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
The return total will be given in the form of a gift card, which is sent to your email address on file. Please allow 3-5 business days once we receive your return to issue the store credit.
Once the return is processed you will be emailed informing you of your store gift card number to use on a future purchase.
