When a company refuses to give a client a full refund on item/items they are dissatisfied with, it smacks of greed, sets a negative tone and creates disgruntlement. Who does that? This hat was wayyy to big for my head, I wanted to return it and get my money back, but this company doesn’t want to do that!! Nope, you are FORCED to take a different item using the STORE CREDIT - their only option! Ohhh! And they want a restocking fee!! Yeah…. Never EVER again! Keep my money, y’all need it more than this senior citizen on a measly fixed income!
Thank you for your feedback! We are very sorry you do not agree with our return policy. We only issue store credit on returns, this is correct and very easy to view on our website, we do not hide it from our customers. We however, do not charge a restocking fee.
