We hope that you love your new purchase but we know that not every purchase will fit & returns or exchanges are sometimes needed. Please read our return policy below before proceeding with a return.
ON ALL REFUNDS WE CHARGE A 10% RESTOCKING FEE. We do waive this fee if you exchange or receive a store credit.
All returns must be received within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date. This means you must email us and ship your item back within 14 days after you have received your item.

If you ever receive a damaged item (and we hope you never do!) we MUST be notified within 3 days of the delivery date. Any damages reported past the 3 day deadline we can not be held responsible for.
All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, like new condition. Animal hair, smoke, deodorant or makeup stains on any returned items will be automatically refused.
We do NOT accept returns on the following:
Sale items (including site-wide sales) are all final sale & cannot be returned.
Jewelry or hair accessories
All items must be returned with their original tags attached (if applicable). Clothing returned without original tags or not in compliance with our return policy will be refused and charged for additional postage or charged a 20-40% restocking Fee.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and all shipping charges are non-refundable by us.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you will need to send your original item back to our Returns Department. Once we have received your return you will then be issued store credit for the returned item in which you may use to purchase a new size. We cannot guarantee the item you would like will still be available when the return reaches us so what we suggest is to place another order for the correct size you would like and we will submit a full refund (minus shipping charges) when we receive it.

When sending your return items, we require them the be sent by USPS as all other shipping companies do not deliver to PO Boxes. Any return not sent by USPS will be refused and returned to sender at your expense. We do recommend a tracking number as we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
The return total will be given in the original form of payment, minus the cost of return shipping and our 10% restocking fee. Please allow up to 4 business days to process your return after we receive it.
Once the return is processed you will be emailed informing you of your refund or a store gift card number to use on a future purchase.
