Favorite denim jeans

I ordered these jeans over 21 days ago and have yet to get a tracking number. I ordered one pair and they were amazing. Bought a second pair and it’s been constant mixups since I purchased, the vendor sent wrong sizes, then waited on the new correct sizes, then found out it wasn’t even the same Jean and my size in that Jean was still out of stock and on and on and on. Waiting on the jeans in a size up because it was a bday present for my mothers 43rd birthday and now it’s 3 weeks late. Hoping someone will reach out and fix this and not just say “we can refund and keep the pants or send you the wrong size, hope you’re happy”... like has been done so far.
